Ross Group Rewards Program is a service of Ross Group. This program is provided for all eligible employees of Ross Group. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.

Eligibility:

Eligibility for the Ross Groups Reward Program is limited to current Ross Group employees. Points earned in the program may be used if the separation of employment is not due to misconduct and employee remains in good standing with Ross Group. If employee is not in good standings upon separation of Ross Group his/her points will cease to exist.

Changes and Disputes:

Ross Group reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.

Ross Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Ross Group at its sole discretion.

Participation Enrollment:

Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the Ross Groups Reward Program and will use Ross Groups Share Point Site to gain access to Ross Groups Reward Program website. There will be a link added to your share point so no additional username or password will need to be retained.

Earning Rewards:

Participants will earn quarterly points by helping the company maintain a No OSHA recordable record, and completing all required documents on time. There will also be other means of earning points such as; monthly, quarterly and annual quizzes. This will be completed online within the time frame required.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

  1. Any Reward Points not redeemed before termination or employee initiated separation will be reviewed and Ross Group will decide if employee is eligible to redeem points.
  2. Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
  3. The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another employee. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:

  1. Ross Group reserves the right to modify merchandise available in the Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
  2. When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
  3. Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market cond

Statements of Ross Group Reward Points Earned:

This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Ross Groups Reward Point balances.

Termination of Program:

Ross Group reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points may be lost.

Participation Program Tracking:

It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Ross Group Rewards Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Reward Points Online Catalog.

Promotional Events:

Insert any applicable information related to promotional events.

Taxes:

Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Ross Group or any of its affiliates or agents. Ross Group will report earnings under this program in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations.

Shipping and Handling:

Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.

Privacy Notice:

This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Ross Group. The information collected on this website will be used by Ross Group in connection with Ross Group Rewards Program.
